A global leader in advertising and media software called on us to assist with a volume hire of 15 full stack developers in the USA and Canada. This being a specialist hire requiring specific skills and experience meant it required a more refined recruitment process.
ATS Implementation

Solution
We started with a full audit of all their processes and got into the details of their RFI and RFQ – from there we were able to close in on a bespoke solution. We negotiated with suppliers to in order to find the ideal ATS for their purposes and that matched their budget. We also implemented project planning procedures and trained the staff to ensure that everything was embedded smoothly.
Outcome
Aside from an extremely satisfied client, the outcome was a far more efficient application procedure that reduced workload pressures on existing staff and enabled the client to build and manage a growing talent pipeline. It made ROI plain to see.

We analysed all existing processes and resourcing strategies used on both the retail and corporate sides of the business so that, when we took over, we knew where efficiencies and improvements could be made. Our aim was to raise the profile of Talent Attraction, a key concern for stakeholders.
Outcome
A more engaged and motivated TA team who were clear on objectives and passionate about solutions. Stakeholders (right up to Board level) had renewed faith in TA’s capability. The previously unmanageable amount of vacancies were reduced to manageable levels, and new tools and processes were introduced to enhance attraction of talent.
